The studio on the first floor charms with its lovingly maritime cosiness and the superb view of the blue Adriatic. A studio furnished with a great deal of love and personal heart awaits you, part of our house since June 2022.
We love dogs! In our cosy studio we offer the perfect retreat for dog owners and their furry friends. Enjoy the quiet location while your dog relaxes and feels at home.

Our house stands in the small, quiet village of Kruševo/Šušnjar on the Karinsko More in northern Dalmatia, Zadar region. The property is fenced, the swimming spot is two minutes away. Nearby you find cosy konobas with very good local food.

House rules
- The studio is ready from 2 pm on arrival day.
- We expect our guests until 6 pm. If you arrive later, please give us a quick call.
- Thorough cleaning takes a little time, please leave the studio by 10:30 am on departure day.
- Dogs are expressly welcome, up to two per apartment. Bowls are ready, and so is a welcome treat.

How far is it to the water?
The swimming spot is two minutes away, also with your dog. The Karinsko More is a calm arm of the Adriatic.
When are check-in and check-out?
The studio is ready from 2 pm on arrival day, we expect you until 6 pm. On departure day we ask you to leave the studio by 10:30 am.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, both are included, and so is Wi-Fi. Final cleaning is charged once.
Does the studio have a sea view?
Yes, from the large balcony on the first floor you look out over the Adriatic.
