The sea at the door, the mountains at your back

Our house stands in Kruševo/Šušnjar on the Karinsko More, a quiet arm of the Adriatic in northern Dalmatia. Two minutes to the water, a fenced garden, konobas in the neighbourhood. Around 200 days of sunshine a year do the rest.

If you want peace, you will find it on the balcony or under the vine pergola. If you want more, the coastal towns, the beaches and the Velebit mountains are right in front of you. Both work on the same day.

Out on the water with us

By boat we take you up the Zrmanja, through the gorge where the Winnetou films were shot: turquoise water, steep rock faces, hardly a voice. If you like, we stop at local wine and olive growers who still make everything themselves.

Just ask us. We know the ways that are not in the guidebooks.
